We guarantee your satisfaction!

That's why every item we sell is backed with a complete 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, feel free to return it in new condition within 30 days of purchase date and we'll gladly exchange your purchase or refund your purchase price...no questions asked!

If, at any time, you are not satisfied with the quality of your Custom Printed Product ordered through our ClickPrint system, notify us via our online form , or call (403) 252 - 9992, and we will redo your order free of charge.*

If you are not satisfied with the design and layout of your Custom Printed Product or your paper and ink selections, we are not able to redo these orders free of charge. Please make sure to check the design and layout of your product before you make your final purchase. For example, if you enter your phone number incorrectly, we will not be able to redo that particular product free of charge.

Bromark Rapid Label does not keep any credit card information on file and utilizes the latest SSL encryption standards to protect our customers confidential information.

NOTE!
All Credit Card transactions are processed through our Risk Management System. One aspect to be aware of is that we filter out transactions which have an e-mail address from a "Vanity E-Mail Address" such as Hotmail.com, Rocketmail.com, USA.Net and Chat.RU.

Shipping Policy

Bromark Rapid Label will only ship orders placed on our web site to locations within Canada and the United States. If you require shipment to other countries, please contact our office directly.

Since many of our products are custom printed for each order, shipment of your custom order can range from 5 - 10 business days.
In Stock items usually ship the next day.
